Return Policy

Once an item has shipped, CHARD can no longer return or refund an order. Please make all order revisions before placing order online or by phone. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact our CHARD Customer Service team at 1-800-288-4545. 

Damaged or Wrong Item Received

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 30 days after delivery if a damaged or incorrect item was received. If we are not contacted until after the 30-day period regarding a damaged or incorrect item received, the customer will not be eligible for a replacement.
